Since we don't load patron records, it would be a bit more work than we'd
want to do. I think we'll wait for 2006.

I have attached the procedure that we use here at the Coastal
Consortium. This procedure uses a variable-length field. I don't know
how to use the fixed-field.

Could anyone provide some pointers on a way to display the patron
expiration date in patronview_web? The manual (patron_fields, 105833)
seems to indicate that only variable-length fields can display but I've
been told that other sites are able to display the date. I couldn't find
anything on CSDirect or in the list archives.
