We suppress all of our bibs that have only order records. This is done
automatically through our load table for B&T and BWI material. This can also
be accomplished by using Global or Rapid Update.
Once the first item is attached, the suppression is lifted manually.
Thanks,

Subject: Limit to Available
We would like to activate the Limit to Available OPAC option. But in
doing that, we would like to be able not to display those bibliographic
records which have order records, but not item records, attached.
When the AVAILLIM_STATS setting is '-', the system still displays all
bib records which have no item records attached. Of course this is nice
for things like e-books, but as I said, we'd like to be able to exclude
our On Order records.
Does anyone know a way of doing that (other than attaching "pseudo" item
records, which I'd really rather not do...)?
Thanks.
