Hi Mike, all,

    Our folks don't find it to be such a terrible process ... they print 
out the report, and it's not very difficult for them to identify the real 
duplicates and delete them from the received file before doing any posting 
... efficient ? not really, but time consuming? ... not really either ... 
they feel it's worthwhile and we've grown accustomed to the idea that some 
things in Innovative are clunky and probably reflect what III had to offer 
in 1990 ... probably not a high priority for improvement/enhancement 
...  in Millennium training the trainer wanted to have us practice keying 
records into the system ... go figure ...
