Has anyone been successful in getting NetLibrary Audiobooks to download
using WAM proxy rewrite URL's? If so, would you be willing to share
your WAM table configurations relating to that service?

Are any libraries using the NetLibrary Audiobooks with successful
workarounds which bypass WAM without thoroughly confusing your patrons
(or, for that matter, your staff)?

We are having trouble getting the files to download during sessions
which have been "captured" by WAM. Patrons with established NetLibrary
accounts report success in getting the files to download directly from
NetLibrary (independent of WAM).

Of course, first-time patrons need to be able to authenticate to
NetLibrary in order to register for an account. The source of our
problem is that patrons who are referred to NetLibrary through WAM in
order to create a NetLibrary account are then trapped in a session which
continues to be mediated through WAM. When these first-time patrons try
to download an audiobook after establishing a new account, they're
getting page access errors.

Our WAM link to NetLibrary works successfully for patrons to create new
accounts.

We have WAM table entries for *.netlibrary.com. We've also tried
*.download.netlibrary.com just as an experiment, but that didn't help.

It would be helpful to know if any other libraries are able to download
the audiobook files through WAM, and if you have any tips.

Thanks.
