Creating List for Binding

This is probably an easy question for all of you, but I am fairly new to
making lists in Millennium and it is stumping me to no end.

I am trying to make a list of items for the Bindery, but I don't want
items that have a status of TO BIND. Here is the search I am using:

Record Type: CHECKIN

CHECKIN  BIND TITLE  not equal to  ""    
AND 	CHECKIN  SCODE1  equal to  "a"    
AND 	CHECKIN  LOCATION  has  "0"

What am I missing???
