Running Millennium on MAC Tiger operating system?

Are any of you successfully running "Millennium for Mac" on a Tiger OS I-book ... or on any Mac with the Tiger operating system.

When we load it, it installs but it installs with errors.  When you try to run it for the first time, it just keeps cycling and cycling and then evaporates ...

Please let me know what you know about this.
