About 15 seconds. Pentium 3 Ghz, 500MB RAM, Windows XP Pro, serv. Pack
2.

But that's my machine. Our others run at 2.4 Ghz on the desk, with 256
MB RAM, and they take about 30 seconds at least.

Power and memory do seem to make a big difference, network issues being
equal.

How long does it take Millennium to load in your library? This is from
the time you click the icon or otherwise launch the program until it is
open and usable.

What hardware are you using?
