To David Ruml and Rich Aldred who were asking about printing labels, we finally are happy with the labels coming from our Oki 320 and Connexion, but it took some doing.
 
We had to go with the generic text-only printers for our SP1 and SLB labels. We adjusted the printer properties to cont. break-no feed for the paper source and US Std fanfold for the paper size. Then we adjusted the form sizes to be correct under server properties. Finally we edited the key registry (run, regedit.exe) to get proper alignment for margins.
 
I am forwarding some OCLC Troubleshooting pages which might be of help. We were sent these via OHIONET.
