Does anyone know of another Canadian library which offers ecommerce?
I have poked around in the sites we know of and can't see any clues.

Our accounting department is running into a few road blocks around Canadian
merchants interacting with Verisign, which is American.  Merchant E-Solutions
does not deal with Canadian customers.

If you are working at a Canadian library which offeres ecommerce, which bank /
merchant do you use?
