Thanks Beth for alerting us of this change from ISI. It appears that I
have had luck replacing our isi## entry with portal##. But I also added
two additional entries that I saw appearing from the new web site. Here
are our WAM entries:
isi##.isiknowledge.com
wos##.isiknowledge.com } Web of Science
jcr##.isiknowledge.com } Journal Citation Reports
portal##.isiknowledge.com
Note: It appears that the wos## and jcr## servers are used only if you
logged into portal once already during your current session. And it
appears to my browsers that there are a few Javascript errors when these
pages load.

Hello Innopacers -
ISI (the Web of Science folks) apparently did some back-end server work
last weekend and once again we find that our proxy access has been
broken.
Those of you who have followed this saga up to now know that several
times in the last few years the WAM rewriting proxy has had issues with
the ISI web site. The generally agreed solution (that has worked well
for us for the last year or more) is to have only one entry in your
forwarding table and no truncated entries, e.g.:
isiXX.isiknowledge.com
where XX is equal to the number of the server that your account usually
connects to.
ISI tech support asked us to replace our forwarding table entry with
portalXX.isiknowledge.com
- still no luck. Today they asked us to try:
*.isiknowledge.com
-which before was verboten. Still no luck.
We have asked our Systems Librarian to open a call with III but I
thought I would ask if everyone is similarly affected since last week.
Thanks.
