Interesting. I am indeed using the Client. The FAQ on CSDirect doesn't make any distinction in the setup instructions. It just says if you are having problems be sure the entry is set for the OCLC IP addresses. Before this we didn't even have an entry in our Limit table for oclcnet so I figured setting that up the way they said would fix the problem.

Thanks for assuring me our system isn't totally out of whack.
