This is correct. OCLC sends the record to your desktop. You send the record
to Millennium. Your IP, and those of any other contributing catalogers are
the ones that are needed. As you are doing business with OCLC anyway, there
is probably no impact on your firewall unless you and Millennium sit behind
separate firewalls.
I approach this largely out of ignorance, so if anyone out there can correct
me, please do.
