Jeffrey,

We have had that problem from time to time, and have had to re-load the Java software in order to get the Millennium to work (solves the problem most of the time).  A couple of times, we've just had to re-image the PC.

We have a peculiar problem happening on one PC here.  We click (or 
double-click) the
III Mill Icon to start Millennium on a PC.  The task bar flashes real fast, 
but the software
never starts up.

I have "de-installed" the software and reinstalled it, but to no 
avail.  Has anyone seen
this scenario?  If so, what did you do to resolve it?
