Millennium not starting on PC

Subject: Millennium not starting on PC

We have a peculiar problem happening on one PC here. We click (or double-click) the
III Mill Icon to start Millennium on a PC. The task bar flashes real fast, but the software
never starts up.

I have "de-installed" the software and reinstalled it, but to no avail. Has anyone seen
this scenario? If so, what did you do to resolve it?
