Hi, Natalie, 

We are getting a clear line of space between records in the e-mails, and all
we did to accomplish this was to put a line after #EMAILHEAD= and after the
%U in the #EMAILBODY=

Hi Don,

We are using %U without any problem at the Wellcome. I didn't do anything
clever - just put the %U in the file.

However, I would like to know what others are using to put a clear line of
space between records returned.

Related to the same question, is anybody able to use the %U option to make
the link work in the preferred searches?

I set it up in our system, but the link does not work, because the %U is
replaced by http://library:80/ ,not the real url address.
