Temp position available at SDSU library

San Diego State University Library and Information Access is currently 
seeking applications for a full-time, experienced, temporary catalog 
librarian. Primary responsibilities will be providing cataloging for 
Special Collections monographic materials, providing cataloging for 
Spanish-language materials during absences of the Spanish materials 
cataloger, and assisting with any level of cataloging work for any type of 
materials, as needed.

The temporary appointment will be made for a 12-month period, at the 
Assistant Librarian rank. The salary range of $41,664 - $50,100 per year 
includes an excellent benefits package, including 24 days of vacation. 
Relocation expenses are not provided. This position eventually may be made 
permanent; if so, the librarian in the temporary position may apply, but 
the Library's usual hiring process will be used to fill the permanent position.
