I don't think order matters, and in the best tradition of eating one's
words in front of a crowd, I just realized that the #HOST trigger is
associated with a Release 2005LE feature that allows inclusion of a URL for
each bib record in the list and does not have anything to do with the host
address for the value of the #FROM trigger. Apologies if my incorrect
advice got anyone's hopes up.
