Hi, Jennifer-- I'm glad you brought this up. I have been hoping that our library would implement Reading History every since I found out that it was available. Some librarians here are worried about repercussions of the Patriot Act, even for patrons who voluntarily opt in.
So I'd love to hear from other libraries who have implemented Reading History, and to what extent privacy issues were a concern.
