Datatel and Innovative

We import patron data from
Datatel.  To do this, you will have to get your Datatel people to
create a text file with the information needed on patrons.  You will
also have to have a load profile created that takes the Datatel data
and puts it in patron records.  There's a chance that you can have the
Datatel info arranged so that it can be loaded  with an existing
profile.  If not, you either pay III about $2000 to create the profile,
or send someone to load profile training at III HQ.
