My Millennium Preferred Searches Email

Good morning!  HELP!  We've had problems for "months" or more now getting the Preferred Searches email/notification to work!  I've played around with Millennium Alert Options and consulted with III re: setting up the "From" field (we've got it in there as 'exporter').  We're "stumped"!  Do any of you have any suggestions as to how to set this up???  I noticed before that the lines in the options file are commented out (preceded with "#").  I thought that maybe this is what caused the problem, but when I took this out, it still didn't work...  I was wondering if anyone out there who does have this working would be willing to email me (off list) a copy of your email alert options file so that I can compare it with ours.  Thanks so much!
