Canton Public and Learning Express (aka learnatest)

We're trying to set up learning express library in Scottsdale and having
issues of slow loading of graphics.  The learnatest folks shared the
solution they used for Canton Public, but unfortunately there's some
shorthand in there that is making it difficult for me to interpret the
response.  Is there anyone from Canton Public out there who might be willing
to chat with me off list?  I want to ask you a few questions about your
network setup.  Thanks.
