Hi Angela,

I just got back from vacation and noticed your email on Innopacusers.

We've had the same problem #1 - usually not even getting the dollar 
amounts.  I think it is some kind of formatting problem that showed up 
with Silver - I have an open call with III.

We also have the same problem with continuously printed statements 
unless they are printed to the designated III Network printer.
