Downloading Serials Claims??

This query has two parts:

 

            1.         Is it possible to process late issues for
claiming without examining EACH individual record? For example, if I
have created a review file and wish to process all records in the review
file, can this be done without examining each title?

            2.         Is it possible to download such a list in a comma
delimited text file ( .cvs) ?

 

Is anyone else doing this, if so how?  I am trying to avoid printing the
claims to the blue claims forms; and I am trying to avoid examining a
large file of titles that I know I want to claim.  These are titles that
cannot be claimed electronically and we are not using the Millenium
serials product (yet).
