Good afternoon:



I would like to hear how institutions handle the following situation:



The library has received and partially paid for the partial
delivery of an order which was originally placed for multiple locations
(i.e. paid for 8 copies of a 10 copy order). The outstanding order has now
exceeded our regular cancellation period and we would like to cancel the
outstanding 2 copies which have not been delivered. How do we enter this
cancellation in MilAcq and disencumber the cost of the 2 copies?



Any advice would be appreciated.
