Good morning! If you have identified these loans somehow in the item records in Millennium, you can pull them together into a list by searching for the unique data in the item record using "Create Lists" in Millennium (ie. if you put some info into the record which uniquely identifies it as a "Geac loan"). Then, you can set up a STATUS code for "ON LOAN GEAC". Then, you can run a "Rapid Update" on these items in the list and change thier STATUS field to the code representing "ON LOAN GEAC". This is the quickest way to do this if the records are already in Millennium! I hope this helps! Kind regards, Eev

Dear all,
We have got about 13,000 items that are currently out on loan on our
current system. We go live with Millennium on Tuesday.
Is there a way that we can change the Status of all of these items to
'On Loan Geac' so that our Catalogue will reflect that not all
of them will be available?
TIA
Mandy
