Subject: interpreting Mil Circ holds info
Hi -
We could use some help interpreting the info output from Mil Circ when
we export a list of patrons with hold info. In the example below, we
can figure out some of the fields:
P#=1144649, I#=4568146, P=08-24-04, NNB=08-24-04 (0 days), RLA=0,
NNA=01-17-38, ST=0, TP=i
P#=xxxxxxx ID of patron placing hold
I#=4568146 item ID
P=08-24-04 date hold is placed
NNB=08-24-04 (0 days) not needed before date
NNA=01-17-38 not needed after date
But we're unsure of other fields that we're not finding defined in the
documentation. Specifically, what are:
RLA=0
ST=0 (status of the hold, 0=regular hold, 1=recall
possibly?)
TP= i (type of hold: item, copy, title maybe?)
Thanks in advance for clues -
Jan
