Jeanne, etc.

The online tutorial that is available on III's CSDirect web site is very
good. You will need to contact your system person or whoever at your library
has the password to get in. This is a basic tutorial that will get you up
to speed on the Millennium environment. It makes an excellent prequisite
for any other training.

We are just beginning our migration to Innovative and such a manual would be
useful to us also.

Subject: training manual

Hello,
We're very new to Millennium (just launched a few weeks ago) and we're
trying to put together a training manual for staff and student workers.
Would anyone have such a thing they would be willing to share with us so
we can get some ideas?

Many thanks,
