I was just looking through the IUG clearinghouse this morning, and there are several training manuals listed there. Have you looked at those?
 
Go to http://www.innopacusers.org/clearinghouse/  (you'll need the password), choose Circulation to browse by module.
 
There's also a new tutorial on Mill Circ basic functions available on CSDirect http://csdirect.iii.com/tutorials/  (again, you'll need the password)
