RE: auto notices print files

These notices can either be sent to the FTS files, or they can be all
emailed to a standard email address that you add in the notice setup. If
you email them (which is what we do), they all come in a single email
message. We then divide them up and print them, but the reason we do it
this way is that we have very few that can't go by email.
If you send them to the FTS file save, then you could ftp them out
(which is really simple if you are using Millennium) and format them as
you want before printing.

Subject: auto notices print files
What do libraries who use auto notices do with the print files of
notices that can't be e-mailed? What I read in the documentation
suggests that these end up as "FTS File Save" files that would need to
be ftp'd somewhere else to be printed.
