You will also get this error if for any reason the client can not
contact the server.  I have had this error because of permissions
problems as well as connectivity issues due to a break in the network.
This can be because of a router being down, break in the cable, or even
a transient loss of signal even though the connection does not show as
being down.  I have had this error because the switch between two
network segments decided not to talk for a nano second or two.

It is a pain!

We get this message consistently when the innovative server is
unavailable(primarily because the local machine is not in the acceptable

My colleagues in one of our branch libraries have encountered the
following error message after installing the millennium environment
software. Has anyone ever got this message and if so how was it
resolved? I have not been able to get a workable response from III.

The message error is: "Fatal Application Error, This application has
Unexpectedly Quit.  Invocation of this Java Application has caused and
Invocation TargerExeption.  This application win now exit (LAX)".
