Good afternoon! Our workstations receive this error message periodically and usually a reboot takes care of it. However, when there is a network connectivity problem, this is the message that is received. Most often, if a reboot doesn't work, it is an indicator that we have to change the NIC card in the workstation OR that there is some network connectivity issue. We have always been able to resolve this locally. I hope this helps you! Kind regards, Eeva PS: Hello Sara Sprague!

My colleagues in one of our branch libraries have encountered the following
error message after installing the millennium environment software. Has
anyone ever got this message and if so how was it resolved? I have not been
able to get a workable response from III.
The message error is: "Fatal Application Error, This application has
Unexpectedly Quit. Invocation of this Java Application has caused and
Invocation TargerExeption. This application win now exit (LAX)".
Thank you kindly
