If I understand correctly, this is related to the staging area. IF yest, then here a two tips:
1) The document by Leo Papa on the IUG Clearinghouse is very helpful.
2) We had to contact the Help Desk. Something had not been setup correctly on our system.

Are you using the non-standard ftp port that III uses instead
of the standard port 21?
See page 105622 of the manual for details.

Subject: FTP to Innopac
Hello Folks,
I have a Web OPAC question for you seasoned Innovative customers out there.
Actually, it might be considered an FTP question, but I'm trying to work with
customizing my OPAC. I'm using Cisco Systems TDP/IP Suite 100 Version
2.1.0.62 as my FTP client, and every time I try to connect, I get the
message: "Unable to connect to host system. Please verify the Host ID and try
again." My scalp is getting sore from pulling all the hair out, and my doctor
recommended that I write the Innopacusers list. :-) So here I am.
We are in the process of redesigning our library website
<
http://www.uamont.edu/library> , and I really want to take advantage of the
staging port. Speaking of redesigning, let me please sneak in this question:
Are there any issues with the behavior of JavaScript in the toplogo? I have
menu links with drop down submenus, but I have not seen them work on system
generated pages, obviously, because I cannot seem to export files to the
Innovative system. Anyway, any help you can give me will be much appreciated.
