- Subject: MilAcq -- Fiscal Close question
Yesterday I followed the Fiscal Close instructions (Method 1) from the
manual along with Corey's tips and everything went very smoothly. Now I
have a question that I can't find in the manual. In the fiscal close
process, I archived our current funds and hierarchies to old funds and
hierarchies. I have a folder under Hierarchies called "FY 2004/05." But
the folder under Old Hierarchies is also called "FY 2004/05." The data
(funds and groups) rolled over correctly into Old Hierarchies, and it is
correctly named FY 2004/05.
How do I get the folder under the current Hierarchies to be named FY
2005/06? Do I have to delete the FY2004/05 group and start over with the
new name? That would mean I'd have to re-group our nearly 300 funds. Is
there any easier way? I just want to change the name of that one group.
A related question -- Can I have last year's funds, as well as the current
year's funds, show on Millennium Web Management Reports?
Thanks for any information.
