Corey,
Anyway to collect macros into one spot and publish so that we can
"borrow" from each other?

w/outre-listingelements each month

To add to what Tom said, I have some documentation on building long
macros that we shared at ALA Midwinter (we never posted that...and I am
not sure why not).

I put it up on my site and this is the URL:

http://tinyurl.com/8vjm4

I used the tinyurl because it would cause wrapping problems like the
fiscal close one. Please go to page 16 in the document. The other
slides are from the sections from David Fuller (Union College); Kristen
Hewitt (Westerville Public Library), me, Elizabeth Thomsen (NOBLE), and
Sandy Westall from Innovative. We will get this in the Clearinghouse
and on the IUG website.

Hope this helps.

Best -- Corey

We use Create Lists to report out our new books for each month for
further processing. I use a series of macros to request the fields.
There would be too many to put all in one macro, but it's no problem to
hit three function keys, one after the other. I put these in MilAdmin
so that I'm not using up macro space in MilCat.

Hello,

I print a monthly list and would like to know if there is a way to
retain or at least reuse the list elements I want each month....without
having to go back in and build the list elements each time I print.

Thanks for any help.
