Held item delivery and the Opac

Dear all,

I'm trying to work out how to show two different screens when a patron
requests an item - dependant on their P-type. We have got Held Item
Delivery and want to show our distance learners that we will post it
home, but not all the others ! 

I've searched CS direct till I'm blue in the face but don't seem to be
getting anywhere. 

Can anyone help?
