We use Create Lists to report out our new books for each month for further
processing.  I use a series of macros to request the fields.  There would
be too many to put all in one macro, but it's no problem to hit three
function keys, one after the other.  I put these in MilAdmin so that I'm
not using up macro space in MilCat.

Hello,

I print a monthly list and would like to know if there
is a way to retain or at least reuse the list elements I
want each month....without having to go back in
and build the list elements each time I print.
