Kevin,
We have had success by going into the registry and editing/deleting
Millennium entries. III does a terrible job of programming, very
sloppy, and leaves behind all kinds of junk in the registry if you
uninstall.

If that does not work, then we too re-image the PC. Sometimes we just
re-image anyway since we have the ghost images pre-built and it is
usually faster than editing registry.

Subject: Major problem With Toolbar

Over the last few months many machines have started to crash when using
the toolbar. Uninstalling and reinstalling mellenium does not help.
Reinstalling mellenium and then installing the newer JRE from java over
the old version does not work either. I get an error sometimes saying
that "iiirunner.exe caused a error there is no disc in the drive" it is
for some reason trying to write to zip drives we have in those
computers. If I disable the zip drive or put a disc in it, mellenium
just crashes. I have even tried turning off antivirus <mcafee 8i> to
see if this was the problem.. but it still does not work. The only
thing that works is to completely reformat the drive and reinstall
everything from scratch. III has been absolutely no help in anyway and
gave up trying to see what was wrong. Perhaps someone here can help.
SO far it has only happened on Windows 2000 workstations. They all have

512ram and are fully patched. Below is the log of the last crash...

Thanks for the help
