Please excuse cross posting.
A survey on using the MARC 21 Format for Holdings Data for serials was posted last November. The survey results are now published in Serials Review, v. 31, no. 2 (June 2005), pp. 90-102.
Many thanks to those who participated in the survey!!! A follow-up survey is in the works.
