I am looking for some explanation of indexing codes used and not able to
find an explanation in the manual. I looked at page #101563
In character mode from Main Menu
-> Management Info
-> Information about the system
-> Codes used
-> Display Index rules
-> Bibliographic
In the subfields column there are three basic codes
KEEP, REM, and EACH.
(Samples: KEEP abcd, KEEP x, KEEP ALL
REM 6, REM 6w, EACH t)
What do these three codes mean and how do they affect the indexing?
