Boy, this was not intuitive (for me, at least!). You separate each email
address with only a comma and NO SPACES between addresses. It would look
like this

Email1 at domain1 dot com,email2 at domain2 dot com

If you leave a space, then mail will only be sent to the first address
listed. And the second one is completely ignored.
