III WAM Multiple IP Support and NAT

Is anyone else using III's Multiple IP support for WAM  along with NAT (Network
Address Translation)? 

We're having some issues with our system that III feels are related to our WAM 
setup and we'd like to see how others who are using both Multiple IP support and
NAT are configured so that we can see what we need to do to accommodate  them 
both. We've already read the III documentation and that doesn't help.
