Setting up DNS for Web Access Management Tables

Hi gang,

I would also like information on this subject as well. We received WAM
this past spring, and are just now trying to implement it. But when we
approached our DNS administrator regarding the addition of wildcard
entries for the proxy re-write, he wasn't very happy at all! He insists
that this method goes against everything he's read and is NOT considered
good practice. Needless to say, our IT department absolutely refuses to
cooperate with us on this.

I'd love to hear how other sites have implemented WAM using the proxy
re-write method, and how you managed to convince your IT department that
it would not bring about the end of civilization as we know it. (smile)
For those of you that are curious, we are on a Windows 2000/2003
network.
