Has anyone figured out a way to print spine labels based on initials
(not login), or even Millennium session, or PC?
Our cataloging staff are currently using Innopac (telnet) to print spine
labels. Everyone uses the same login, but have their own initials to
access the label printing functionality. Printing is based on initials,
so that the labels for each user are kept together (and are not all
mixed together with other users' labels).
Our cataloging staff want to keep the number of logins to a minimum.
In Millennium, if 6 staff login using the same login to print spine
labels, every user's labels are all mixed up i.e. printing is based on
login rather than initials.
We are using Millennium Silver 1.1, and Print Wizard 2.7 (demo version).
