Hi All,
I was wondering if any of you out there are experiencing double courtesy notices generated when you run notices.
All the rest of our notices run fine, but when we run our courtesy notices, two identical notices are generated. We've had this ticket open for 3 months now with Innovative and have only been told they are working on it.
Any ideas, same behavior on your system?
