Another Serials Label Email

I too would like to add to the serials label discussion (you would think that such a task would not be so ultra complicated, but...). Here at UCSF we print out the Spine and Pocket labels for serials using Print Wizard on Demco Paper Processing Labels (1 5/8"H x 9/10"W Spine and 1 5/8"H x 2 9/10"W Pocket). Out INNOPAC label spec settings are:

width of spine in columns - 8
width of label in columns - 28
width of gap in columns - 3
height of label in lines - 8
vertical space bet/label in lines - 1

And I am finding that getting the Print Wizard settings to fit the text inside the label with no cutoffs for more than one sheet is next to impossible. Is anyone else out there also printing the same serials labels and using the same Demco Labels and printing with success? If so, I'd like to know. Many thanks in advance.
