Thanks, Sally - I got several responses and tried them all, but this was
the one that worked. We did have retries set to 3 (that seems to be the
default) but we had different values in timeout and delay. Delay appears
to have been the one that made the difference for us. . . it was at 0 and
now it's at 20.
