Holds cancelations

My holds people have been asking how they can do a "global" cancellation
of holds.  Currently after getting a list of holds in the view holds
function they then have to go into each record individually to cancel a
hold.

This process has not been done in some time so now there are thousands
that need to be canceled.

In the future, I was suggesting that we might want to use the "not
wanted after" feature for every hold so that the holds will
automatically expire and can be removed through the "clear hold shelf"
function.  However, I was also asked to see how others handle this
situation to make sure we have the best solution.
