I was just told last week that for initials, locations served is only
for display and organizing.

We are not yet live on Millennium (2005 LE) but have wondered about this
same issue. We also note that Locations Served can be set both at the
login level and at the initials level. Does anyone know what the
differences might be, or why you might (or might not) want these to
agree?

It seems that the default is to set locations served at the login level
and leave it blank at the initials level.
