Update holdings information to OCLC via z39.50

Hi,

We are experiencing a problem in setting up the Millennium to update our 
holdings information to OCLC via z39.50. There is no error message 
returned when using the "Update Holdings" function but somehow the records 
are not updated at OCLC (even after few days). The WorldCat z39.50 server 
entry in Innopac is configured as shown below:

1 > Code for database:          OLUCWorldCat
2 > Display name for database:  OCLC WorldCat
3 > Type of query:              1
4 > Data Format:                MARC 21
5 > Type Of Updating            OCLC

     Searches allowed:
6 >     AUTHOR (a):           1:1003, 2:3, 3:3, 4:2, 5:100, 6:1
7 >     SUBJECT (s):          1:21, 2:3, 3:3, 4:1, 5:100, 6:1
8 >     ISBN (j):             1:7, 2:3, 3:3, 4:2, 5:100, 6:1
9 >     TITLE (t):            1:4, 2:3, 3:3, 4:1, 5:1, 6:1

The documentation support 
http://www.oclc.org/support/documentation/z3950/databaseupdate/ from OCLC 
doesn't seem to match with the z39.50 settings in Innopac. 

I would appreciate if someone could enlighten me on what else need to be 
done at the server end to get this work.
