migration questions

I'm working on a proposal for our Law Library and have the following
questions regarding Innovative:

 

1) Has anybody migrated from Aleph to Innovative? 

2) Does your faculty use your catalog?  If so, are they happy with it? Have
you had complaints?

3) Have you been able to customize the OPAC to your satisfaction?

4) What are the problems/issues with Innovative?

5) What other systems have you used and how would you compare Innovative to
them? 

6) Are you using the MAPS product(s)?  If so, are you happy with it?
